Dr. Vanessa Blakley is the CEO of HRERDr. Her career spans decades of experience in human resource management (HRM) across a variety of industries, including healthcare, retail, and information technology. She also serves as a mentor and coach to emerging human resource professionals and organizational leaders.

Dr. Blakley has firsthand experience addressing workplace issues both personally and professionally, including investigating workplace concerns. Her distinctive expertise lies in applying this experience within remote environments, complementing her dissertation work.
